Rascal Flatts will launch a brand new tour this summer. The American Band Tour, featuring an all band set-up with Little Big Town, Eli Young Band and Edens Edge, will kick off in Hartford, Connecticut on June 15th.

Rascal Flatts' JayDeMarcus said, "We are always looking for new ways to re-energize our live shows. We thought bringing out these bands, whom are among some of our favorite vocal groups, would make a great night of entertainment!"

Lady Antebellum kicked off the opening weekend of their Own the Night 2012 tour by breaking Kenny Chesney's record. Kenny previously held the attendance record at the 8,000 seat Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, Illinois. The trio broke the record by playing for more than 32,000 fans in three nights over the course of the last weekend in January. of course, they will be at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena tomorrow night with Darius Rucker and Thompson Square!

The last person I would want mad at me would be Reba McEntire! Reba is the latest celebrity death hoax victim. Rumors began circulating after a false report on the Global Associated News website was posted on Monday night that the superstar had fallen 100 feet to her death while filming a movie in Austria.

Reba took to Facebook and Twitter yesterday to let fans know that wasn't the case. She wrote, "There is a rumor going around that I died after falling off a mountain in Austria yesterday while shooting a movie. While I would love to be shooting a movie in Austria, I definitely did not fall off a mountain! Nor am I dead! I am alive and kicking!!! Most of you know this already because I've been giving you daily accounts of Shelby's race. Oh well. Have a great day."
